Victoria Park is one of my favourite places in London. It’s a place for fun, having a picnic with friends, a quiet walk, doing healthy sports, enjoying the kids playground when there is no one around, or just making snow angels in the winter.
It all depends on the season, but I think you can see it in its best during the autumn. Those still warm autumn days, when it’s dry and the sun is reaching out through the trees, dogs are playing and the park is almost empty. In the summer it’s not possible to enjoy it as much, because half of the park has fences and they are concerts all over the place – so you can’t enter almost any of the areas without paying for a ticket.
Victoria Park is the second biggest park in London after Hyde Park. I’m lucky enough to live close to it and enjoy its beauty quite often. Let me show you some photos from the last few days.
