Victoria Park – Spring Edition

East London is a crazy place – full of hipsters, vintage lovers, urban landscapes, warehouses, daily markets, rough pubs, blues bars and people of all races. Despite all the craziness, there is a very gentle side of it…

Victoria Park – built nearly 170 years ago is the second biggest park in London, after Hyde Park, of course. If you remember, I posted a few shots from the park last autumn. Now the Spring is waking up the nature and I’d love to share with you a few more photos from this great park.

It was one afternoon when we headed for a walk in the sun. We didn’t only see the Spring flowers coming from the ground and trees showing their blossom, but we met a woman walking her German Sheppard and a chameleon. The doves were madly in love dancing with each other. Just before we left, an ambulance helicopter landed in the middle of the park playgrounds with a patient for the nearest hospital.
